Fann Gallery – Shipping Policy

1. Processing Time
All orders are processed within 3-5 business days after payment confirmation. Please note that processing times may vary for custom or framed artwork. If there are any delays, we will notify you promptly.

2. Shipping Methods and Costs
We offer a variety of shipping options to ensure your artwork arrives safely and on time. Shipping costs are calculated based on the size, weight, and destination of the artwork. However, some paintings qualify for free shipping, which will be clearly noted on the individual artwork’s product page.

At checkout, you will be provided with available shipping options and associated costs. If you have any questions about shipping, feel free to contact us before placing your order.

  • Domestic Shipping: We partner with trusted carriers to deliver your artwork within The United States. Delivery times typically range from 5-10 business days.

  • International Shipping: International orders are subject to customs fees, taxes, and duties, which are the responsibility of the buyer. Delivery times vary by destination but generally take 7-21 business days.

3. Packaging
All artwork is carefully packaged to ensure it arrives in pristine condition. Original paintings and fragile items are shipped in custom crates or reinforced packaging. Prints are shipped in protective tubes or flat mailers.

4. Tracking Information
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information so you can monitor the delivery status.

5. Delays
While we strive to meet delivery estimates, unforeseen circumstances such as weather, customs delays, or carrier issues may occur. We are not responsible for delays once the artwork has been handed over to the shipping carrier.

Fann Gallery – Returns and Exchanges Policy

1. Returns
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your artwork, you may return it within 14 days of delivery for a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, the artwork must be in its original condition, unused, and in the original packaging, including all accompanying certificates received with the order.

  • How to Initiate a Return: Contact us at info@fann-gallery.com or fill out the return form to request a return authorization. Please include your order number and reason for the return.

  • Return Shipping: The customer is responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing insurance, as we cannot be responsible for lost or damaged items during return transit.

  • Refunds: Once we receive and inspect the returned artwork, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days and credited to your original payment method.

2. Exchanges
If you would like to exchange your artwork for a different piece, please contact us at info@fann-gallery.com. Exchanges are subject to availability and must be initiated within 14 days of delivery.

3. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your artwork arrives damaged or if you receive the wrong item, please contact us immediately at info@fann-gallery.com with photos of the damaged or incorrect item. We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly, either by sending a replacement or issuing a refund.

4. Non-Returnable Items
Certain items are not eligible for return, including:

  • Custom or commissioned artwork.

  • Artwork that has been altered, damaged, or removed from its original packaging.

  • Digital downloads or prints that have been opened or used.
